Welcome to my website. I am a qualified counsellor working in South East London, based in Penge SE20.Finding someone, even a friend or member of the family, with the time to listen and understand our problems without passing judgement isn't always easy. As a qualified counsellor I am here to offer you that service. Whether you need empowerment to deal with a specific problem or feel the need to begin a longer journey to rediscover your sense of well being, I will give you my full attention with the aim between us of achieving your goals.
I work with people on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time in a safe and confidential environment.
Counselling can help people who have experienced difficulties in the following areas:
I provide personal counselling within easy reach of Crystal Palace, Beckenham, Bromley, Croydon, Norwood, Anerley, Sydenham, Forest Hill and Lewisham, which are all served by train, bus, or tram. My practice in Penge has two mainline stations connecting to central London; Penge East connects to Victoria via Brixton and Herne Hill, and Penge West connects to London Bridge via New Cross and Forest Hill.
